Tour 3 (7 days, 6 nights)

Day 1: Tashkent – Capital of Flavors

- Arrival in Tashkent on Asiana flight (ICN-TAS 16:00-20:00)
- Transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel. Rest

Day 2

- Breakfast at the hotel from 07:30 to 08:30
- Departure to the art gallery from 09:00 to 10:00
- Transfer to the Chorsu Market
Tour of the craft stalls. The Chorsu Market in Tashkent has craft stalls where you can find handmade souvenirs, jewelry, embroidered suzani, national knives, woven baskets, and much more. The Chorsu Market is one of the oldest and largest bazaars in Central Asia. Here you can try various sweets, dried fruits, spices, as well as local snacks such as samsa and flatbread.
- Lunch: 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the Lazzat Plov Center or the Besh Kazan Plov Center. Participation in a master class on cooking plov in huge cauldrons.
-Departure at 15:00-20:00 to the Chateau collective farm for a tasting of Uzbek wine and goat cheese. Dinner and folklore program.
-Return to Tashkent, to the hotel, free time.


Evening: Dinner at a restaurant serving national cuisine. Try manti, lagman, and various salads. We recommend the Navruz or Uzbekim restaurants.

Day 2: Tashkent – Culinary Discoveries
-Breakfast at the hotel from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.
-Excursion program.
Visit the Museum of Applied Arts “The Magic World of Oriental Patterns” where you will learn about and enjoy the beauty of Uzbek crafts (architecture, ceramics, weaving, etc.) and learn how Eastern cuisine has developed historically.
Lunch: 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Master class on making samsa and chuchvara (Uzbek dumplings). Chuchvara (dushpara, dushbara, tushpara, chuchpara) is a dish with a name that is incomprehensible to visitors, but it simply means dumplings. However, Uzbek chuchvara have several important differences from Russian pelmeni. Chuchvara are much smaller in size.
- Visit to the Tashkent gastronomic market “EcoBozor”, where you can buy fresh produce, Uzbek cheese, kurt, and other national delicacies.
- Transfer to dinner at CARAVAN restaurant, the first Uzbek restaurant. A harmonious world combining an art gallery, art cafe, and much more. It is part of the CARAVAN GROUP restaurant chain, where you will embark on a unique gastronomic cruise through time and space.

Day 3:
- Early breakfast at 06:00
- Departure to the railway station at 07:00
- Transfer from Tashkent to Samarkand (Afrosiab high-speed train)
Travel time: 2 hours 24 minutes (08:23-10:36)

- Excursion program from 12:00 to 19:00 around the city: “Samarkand – Pearl of Eastern Cuisine”
Lunch: Lunch and master class at the Uch Minor restaurant, where they serve the famous Samarkand pilaf, one of the most famous dishes of Uzbek cuisine, which differs from other types of pilaf in that the ingredients (rice, meat, carrots) are not mixed when served, but are laid out in layers, allowing everyone to choose their desired proportions. Beef, yellow carrots, and flaxseed oil (zigir-yok) are usually used in its preparation, as well as saffron to give it a beautiful color. Pilaf is considered a diet food, as the ingredients are not mixed, and everyone can adjust the fat content by adding more or less carrots and meat.
After lunch: Tour of Samarkand's main attractions: Registan Square, Bibi-Khanym Mosque, Gur-Emir Mausoleum. Visit to the Siab Bazaar, another colorful oriental bazaar where you can buy famous Samarkand flatbread, nuts, and dried fruits.
Dinner at the traditional Samarkand restaurant Bagizagan, with a tasting of the best wines of the Samarkand region: Muscat, Shardane, Bayan-Shirey, Aleatico, and other varieties from the vineyard.


Day 4:
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Departure to Shakhrisabz at 08:00
- Short excursion to Shakhrisabz - a green city, just 90 km south of Samarkand, at the foot of the Gissar and Zeravshan mountain ranges, at the confluence of the Aksu and Tankhoz rivers, in the city where the great commander Amir Timur was born.
You will see monuments from the Timurid era - the Ak-Saray Palace, which will impress anyone, and the Bibi-Khanum Mosque, which seems to contain several mosques. The dishes served in Shakhrisabz differ from those in Samarkand in their particularly delicate taste. Tandoor gush is served in national teahouses in an area with crisp mountain air and the aroma of mountain flowers.
On the way back, visit the evening show of the singing fountain in Samarkand City, the object of the Eternal City
-Dinner at the Afrosiab restaurant on the territory of the STC with tasting of nahut shurpa, olot samsa, and shashlik
-Return to the hotel


Day 5
Bukhara – Immersion in Traditions

- Early breakfast at the hotel
- Transfer to the railway station
- Departure to Bukhara 08:31-10:14
-Arrival in the city of Kagan
-Transfer to the city of Bukhara, check-in at the hotel
-Rest
-Lunch 13:00-14:00 at Labi Khavus with tasting of the national dish Navruz, locally made tandoor samsa
-Excursion service
The Lyabi-Hauz complex, the Samanid Mausoleum, the Kalyan Minaret
Visit the shopping domes of Bukhara (Taki Sarrafon, Taki Telpak Furushon, Taki Zargaron), where you can buy spices, sweets, and handmade crafts.
The ancient Ark Citadel. This is the oldest architectural and archaeological monument in the city.

- Dinner at the Nadir Divan Begim tourist complex with a folklore program and national meat dishes (dolma, jiz biz (vaguri), kaurma shashlik)
- Return to the hotel. Rest

Day 6:
- Early breakfast at the hotel
- Transfer to the railway station
- Departure to the city of Gizhduvan 08:30-09:40
- Excursion program
Gizhduvan, located in the Bukhara region of Uzbekistan, is known for its historical and cultural attractions, as well as its unique ceramics. The main attractions of the city are: the Abdulhalik Gizhduvani Memorial Complex, the Ulugbek Madrasah, and the Gizhduvan School of Ceramics. Visit a master class on ceramic production at the Narzullaev family workshop: The Narzullaev family is known for its traditions in ceramics production, and their workshops are open to visitors.

Lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. with a tasting of Gizhduvan shashlik, also known as ground shashlik or lula kebab, a popular dish from Uzbekistan, especially from the city of Gizhduvan.
The main ingredient is lamb, which is minced, mixed with spices, and skewered.
Return to Bukhara: Visit Chor-Minor and stroll through the narrow streets of the old town, where you can visit local teahouses and try herbal teas with oriental sweets.
Dinner: There are several Korean restaurants in Bukhara, including Mr. Kim and Kimbap, as well as a Korean restaurant run by a chef from Korea.
Return to the hotel. Rest.

Day 7: Departure
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Free time (Blue Domes shopping arcade, craft arcade)
- Lunch at 12:00 at Labi House with tasting Manta and khanum are two dishes of Uzbek cuisine, both steamed, but with different shapes and, sometimes, different fillings. Manty are small, usually square or rectangular pieces of dough filled with minced meat, most often lamb or beef with onions and spices. Khanum, on the other hand, is a large roll of thin dough, which can also be filled with minced meat, but often also contains potatoes, cabbage, or other vegetables. In short, khanum is like “lazy manty” made in the form of a roll.
Departure at 13:00 to the city of Kagan to the railway station
-Transfer to the city of Tashkent, travel time 4 hours 20 minutes (14:58-19:17)
-Arrival in Tashkent at 19:17, transfer to Islam Karimov International Airport
-Departure at 22:40 on flight (ICN-TAS)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to buy souvenirs or revisit your favorite places.
Lunch: Lunch at your discretion.
After lunch: Transfer to Bukhara or Tashkent airport for departure home (you can return to Tashkent by train for departure from Tashkent airport).
